School OS Inc. may collect your mobile phone number and SMS consent information when you opt in to receive text messages through our education platform. This Messaging Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information: how you opt in, the types of messages we send, how we use and protect your mobile number and opt-in data, and how you can opt out at any time.

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and the SMS/Text Messaging Terms in our Terms of Use. Where those documents apply, they should be read together with this one.

After you opt out, you may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed, and you can opt back in at any time by texting us again or re-enabling messaging in your account.

Rates and carrier liability

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Messaging Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued participation in our messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
