Is CuePilot built specifically for preschools?+
Yes. It is purpose-built for early-childhood centers: admissions, family billing, subsidy management, documentation and parent communication in one platform, not adapted from generic school software.
How does pricing work?+
Per child, per month, with a 30-student minimum. Three tiers: Starter $2, Growth $2.50, Pro $3.
Does it handle childcare subsidies?+
Yes. Subsidy management is built in from the Growth tier, so funding and family billing stay connected.
We operate in more than one Midwest state. Does subsidy still work?+
Yes. Each state runs its own federally funded assistance program under its own name: Illinois has the Child Care Assistance Program, Ohio has Publicly Funded Child Care, Michigan has the Child Development and Care scholarship, Wisconsin has Wisconsin Shares, and Minnesota has its own Child Care Assistance Program. CuePilot does not mind which one funds a seat. The funded portion and the family portion split per child, per month, and the HQ view rolls your centers up whichever state they sit in, and Minnesota runs CCAP.
Can it manage multiple locations?+
Yes. Owners and franchise leaders get one HQ view across every center, with consistent processes everywhere.
Whose licensing rules apply across the region?+
Each state's own, and the standards genuinely differ, so we will not pretend one rulebook covers the Midwest. What CuePilot does is keep the underlying records all of them ask for: ratios by room and half-hour, attendance, staff files and immunization status, held per center. Each site answers its own regulator from its own record.
Is our data safe?+
CuePilot is COPPA- and FERPA-aligned; records, photos and messages are shared only with authorized, consented families.
How quickly can we get started?+
